How to Avoid Clashes and Repair Team Dynamics 

Even minor disagreements affect team dynamics, yet proactive steps can maintain harmony and collaboration. 

1. Clarify Goals & Rules from the Start 

Providing clarity prevents misunderstandings, so present your team with a simple view of what you expect. People often excel when instructions are plain and actionable. Additionally, steady, honest, and clear direction keeps work moving smoothly. At the end, your approach sets the tone, and employees often value guidance that feels realistic, calm, and attainable.
